ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for assisting in planning, implementation and execution of all promotions and special events.
- Effectively communicates all details of special events and promotions to the property via memo or e-mail.
- Coordinates support from other departments to ensure the execution and awareness of promotions and special events through regularly scheduled meetings.
- Coordinates rules with management for campaign development assuring sweepstakes and drawings to assure GEGA compliance.
- Responsible for ordering of promotions and special events items, inventory control, and maintains budget by utilizing cost efficient vendors and supplies.
- Preparation for off-site events, managing attendance or staffing of all promotions and special events.
- Maintains department calendars including media placements.
- Assists the Marketing Manager with all clerical duties including filing and reports.
- Maintains and updates tracking of all records as well as compile cost and revenue of each promotion and event for final analysis.
- Maintains, files and organizes all appropriate files.
- Social media content management, creation and planning including videos
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and fluctuating days off.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Task oriented and timeline driven project management skills required
- Experience with advertising, social media, branding and direct marketing.
- Must be proficient in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms
- Proficient with Capcut Editing, MS Office, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Mac and/or PC
- Experience with PhotoShop, Illustrator, inDesign, and Premiere helpful
- Experience with HTML, WordPress, SEO helpful
EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field and 1-2 years professional marketing experience.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test, background investigation, obtain and maintain Gardena City Work permit
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to stand and sit for various lengths of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions
- 24-hour operation with a very fast paced environment.
