Overview

Major Responsibility:

 

Provide quality and courteous beverage service to Casino players and guests.

 

Wage: $16.00 an hour

We will never communicate with you via text message to discuss or schedule job interviews. We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.

Responsibilities

 

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  2. Take beverage orders, and collect payment from Casino players and guests.
  3. Assure that all orders are taken correctly and efficiently.
  4. Be completely familiar with all liquor brands, beers, and mix drinks.
  5. Develop expertise in the use of the computer terminal system.
  6. Never indicate that a tip “toke” or gratuity is expected for service.
  7. Make frequent rounds throughout the Casino offering cocktail service.
  8. Clearly communicate “last call” at the designated closing time.
  9. Remove empty bar glasses and bottles from tables and service trays.
  10. Be watchful for persons who appear to be under the legal drinking age limit.
  11. Maintain cleanliness in the bar service station.
  12. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  13. Be alert to recognize when a guest may have had enough to drink.
  14. Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Shift Manager.
