Overview

   SUMMARY

This position will be responsible for overseeing certain aspects of cage operation in the absence of the Cage Supervisor.

 

We will never communicate with you via text message to discuss or schedule job interviews. We will never ask you for any personal information over the phone, via email or via text.

 

Compensation: $19/hr.

Qualifications

   

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gardena City Work Permit.

       PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

 

Responsibilities

 

   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acknowledge and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Sell chips to Runners and Dealers.
  • Ensure cage cashiers are working in accordance with policies & procedures.
  • Cash out customers when necessary.
  • Maintain a “bank” when necessary.
  • Complete customer credit checks.
  • Assist customers in transactions of their “player banks”.
  • Accept authorized markers and sell chips to players accordingly.
  • Be aware of any counterfeit currency and report to the manager immediately.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Complete required daily reports.
  • Ensure count team is properly staffed.
  • Abide by Human Resources and Company policies and procedures.
  • Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by Management.

   QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of Gaming (preferred) Cashier Supervisor experience.
  • Previous Gaming Cage Cashier experience.

    EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING

  • HS Diploma or GED.
  • Associates degree in Business or related field preferred. 

    REASONING ABILITY:

  • Must be able to accurately count and perform basic math.

 

        LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Bi-lingual skills preferred.
