Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and provide actionable financial insights. You will lead our accounting team in maintaining accurate records and supporting strategic decisions across casino operations and F&B.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Daily cash reporting and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and assist with audits.
- Oversee tax reporting and related statutory requirements.
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
- Optimize accounting systems and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally in casino/hospitality or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel; casino management software, and Acumatica experience a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
